About
Welcome — I'm Catherine.
Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMHCI) · Pennsylvania-born, practicing in sunny Florida.

Hi — I'm so glad you're here.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and honestly, I think it's a brave one. My hope is that our sessions feel less like a clinical appointment and more like a real conversation — one where you can show up exactly as you are, messy thoughts and all, and feel genuinely heard.
I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and individuals on the autism spectrum, and I've sat with people through anxiety, low self-worth, relationship struggles, big life transitions, and the kind of quiet overwhelm that doesn't always have a name yet. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to have it figured out before we begin.
My approach pulls from a few different places — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered and Narrative Therapy, Acceptance-Based Strategies, and Reality Therapy — but more than any one method, I care about meeting you where you actually are. Therapy with me tends to feel collaborative, paced, and grounded in real life.
Outside of sessions, you'll find me listening to just about every kind of music, on my yoga mat, traveling when I can, cooking something new, deep in a self-help book or podcast, hanging out with the people I love — and, of course, being thoroughly bossed around by my two cats, Boots and Bear.
Holistic healing begins here. Let's rewrite the narrative of your life.
Your story is yours — full of strength, contradiction, and quiet resilience. Together we'll make sense of the hard parts, notice what's already working, and move toward a life that actually feels like yours. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
